Meet Our Team
Dr. Keith Wood
I am a general dentist in historic Folsom. I have extensive training in cosmetics, implants, and orthodontics. To give you a little background on myself, my father was a dentist, so I was introduced to dentistry at a young age. I received my degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in Texas. I began practicing in Antioch and decided to move to the growing Folsom area in 1992. On a more personal note, my family and I live in Folsom. We love spending time on Folsom Lake, riding our bikes on the trails and dirt biking in the Sierras. I have my private pilot’s license and have a passion for flying.
I started my practice by restoring an old historical home. It really has given the office a unique and comfortable atmosphere.
I have a knowledgeable, friendly and caring staff. We offer services to all ages. My staff and I all have children and are able to understand and care for the needs of the younger patients, as well as adult patients.
At our office, we realize that many people are fearful of dentistry. We take the time to understand our patients needs, and make every effort to make their visit as comfortable as possible. I feel that our high quality dentistry and caring staff keeps our patients coming back.

Patty Canada –
Registered Dental Assistant
I’ve been in the dental field since 2001. I’m originally from San Francisco. I moved to the Sacramento Area in 2005. My daughter and I have a passion for traveling. We also enjoy going to the city and catching a baseball game because we are huge SF Giants fans ! On the weekends I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, salsa dancing, playing golf and escaping to the nearest beach.
Sue Sharp –
Front Office Coordinator
I’ve been with Wood Family Dentistry since January of 2003. I started as a part-time employee, helping the front office and a year later was hired on full time. I enjoy biking and hiking in the surrounding Folsom area. In my spare time, I take classes at Folsom Lake College and enjoy volunteering in different outdoor organizations.
Sue Reineke –
Hygienist
I’ve been with Wood Family Dentistry since 1992. I’m the mother of 4 grown kids and have been married for 32 years. I graduated from Pasadena City College as a registered dental hygienist. I enjoy spending time with my family, practising taekwondo, reading, and one day would love to live by the beach.
Mary Bautista –
Hygienist
I have been working as a dental hygienist at Wood Family Dentistry since 2000. I grew up in Walla, Washington, and graduated from Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland, Oregon, in 1995. I enjoy mountain biking, water skiing, hiking, running, and reading. I love spending time outdoors with my husband and son.
Elizabeth Marcos –
Hygiene/Insurance Coordinator
I joined Wood Family Dentistry October of 2013. I am currently the hygiene and Insurance coordinator for the office. I enjoy the dental field and have been involved in it since 2008. I live in Sacramento with my husband and two boys. We spend most of our time enjoying our family and watching the boys play soccer.
